It’s been a time since I’ve experienced this level of customer service, professional manner and solution driven attitude. Funny, overused words I know, but all of which mean my family and I are no longer stressing about the ‘car situation’ any longer than necessary, especially after the pain (thankfully mental only) of being involved in an accident caused by a third party driver, dealing with insurance companies, repairers, towing companies etc. etc.

I will indeed spread the story of the very professional experience I had dealing with CTM today.
