What documents are required and why?
Drivers License, Registration Certificate and a copy of your Insurance Policy (only if comprehensively insured). These documents are required by the Insurance Company of the party at fault to recover the cost of your replacement vehicle.
Why specific information is requested?
In order to recover the cost of your replacement vehicle the Insurance Company of the party at fault requires specific information.
What if my repairs take longer than expected?
It is not a problem, as long as your Smash Repairs provides us with an additional quote to back up the additional time of the repairs.
What kind of car am I getting? I want a particular one.
The appropriate replacement vehicle will be allocated to you once the booking is made to match your own vehicle as well as possible.
